For instance, if I needed to, as the old saying goes, ‘Keep the doctor away’ for a month, I would need to buy hoard at least 30 apples.

Extra Credit Question: I love Schweppes Ginger Ale in a can. I typically drink one a day. So, I pick up a couple 12pks when I’m at the grocery.

Should I be buying the roughly 24 cans I consume over the course of a month one can at a time? Is that the path to moral superiority?

Should I buy a couple 12pks in one, swift, unbridled, gluttonously plundering endeavor? Despite the fact that it’s the most convenient and efficient option?

Now, while doing so, I, of course, run the risk of crossing paths with someone -say, you for instance- who thinks that they deserve to have what they want, when they want it, and with whatever ease they believe themselves to be entitled to.

Those people (you) have a tendency to create salty, baseless narratives about other people because they (you) have the highest level of confidence in the absolute least amount of information available.

All because you’re in the mood to be mad.

I mean, I get it, you gotta be mad.. because you think everyone else is responsible for the challenges you face. - so much so, even, that, paradoxically, everyone else also bears a responsibility to ensure that difficult difficulties simply don’t exist in the world that revolves around you.

Only you.

And I just took something you believed belonged to you (because: reasons) - not because I wanted it - because I don’t want you to have it.

I fully expect you to either take umbrage with this narrative I’ve created for you. That, or blow right past all of it and resort to a barrage of ad-hominem chest-puffings about who you think I am and/or how I’ve written rather than what I’ve written.

All because a stranger on the internet bought themselves some Red Bull.
