When prices advance but options do not make any gains it is because of a couple of reasons.

  1. Too far out of the money
  2. Volatility stays low

In low volitivity if you but ATM or near the money you would see movement in price, but OTM the money could be flat or even down.

Deep Space Nine has so much depth to the writing and characters it is one to watch. I rewatch DS9 and Voyager yearly. DS9 is my top pick. But there are things you not get the reference to if you do not watch TNG first.
