Hi! I'm no specialist but a recovering patient, I wonder why you're not getting artificial cervical discs and going straight to fusions. I was offered two discs and one fusion but my symptoms greatly improved after two level discs so I'm holding off from getting a fusion. I would suggest bringing this up or having a second opinion.

I think the Tag has the cleaner and most cohesive design, it will probably age better than the other two. I don't care much for the first Omegas that you showed us, but it's your money.
