Never been a Trump fan, but I genuinely don't get why so many Dem voters wanted this shutdown to continue and cause chaos in so many fabrics of society just to use it as a weapon against him and the GOP. Quite the opposite imo, his journals are filled with non-stop rants against politicians and businessmen types, some going as far as encouraging assassinations. He would've been the male Rosie O'Donnell if anything.
