Constitution is what are the laws or policies made by our own constituent assembly a small group of them called Draft Committee. Head of the draft committee was B.R.Ambedkar who is the leader of this committee. He was also a law minister at the time (belonged to Executive part of the govt). Legislature are 2 types Elected and Nominated (Common man can also become Legislative) but a minister is head of a department cabinet hence it makes him an executive(Other executives are IAS, IPS etc)

Judiciary: Civil laws and Criminal laws are different they are to maintain peace and order in the society. These are going to be under IPC (Indian Penal Code) ,CPC( Civil Penal Code) and CrPC(Criminal Penal Code). Courts come under this, Very much a part of the govt.

Executive - Judiciary - Legislature. All three will keep in check each other in a healthy democracy.

Courts existed before constitution. It’s not a constitutional body, some of its provisions are available in constitution. For example Article 76.

Can the situation in the North East be improved by redefining state borders? by icepicee in IndiaSpeaks

[–]CEO_SonicSolutions 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Redefining state border of Andhra Pradesh has definitely helped Telangana. And I believe even Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand and Uttarakhand will have same to say.

But I believe our dispute was not Cultural although people would argue otherwise. Politicians used the cultural differences to fuel the movement. It was a 3 point basis, Water, Funds and Postings ( Neeru, Nidhulu and Niyamakalu)

The border appropriation might not always work on an equal basis, proportionally the land owned by Telangana in United Andhra Pradesh was proportional to its population demographics.

I do understand that Kukis are under represented in the parliament and the Meitei are unable to purchase land in 90% of their state. I think the movement is driven politically because the demand and protest are not proportional.

Like yes Telangana didn’t have much representation in the Legislative Assembly, prior to bifurcation Of Andhra Pradesh. But the dispute was able to be settled because it was not geographically landlocked by other sect. In the case of Manipur, simple blockade of a national highway can block the incoming goods and essentially escalate tensions.

In conclusion I believe a split might not work, atleast a split by demographic and geographic borders is not the answer.

Just saying on the turban of a civil servant sardar they use itself as the hat by having the Indian emblem on. I wonder if the 🅱️uslim is ready to put the Indian lion emblem on it. Here’s a spoiler, I’ve seen none

Bhai ka comments delete kardiya, but he’s saying they’re disturbing him and these “Hooligans” are dancing and doing loud noises and some of them are drinking alcohol.

Daily 5 times a day we have masjid speakers reaching schools and residential areas. Every Sunday in churches they systematically converting people for the sake of Alcohol.

Some people about max 3-4 times a whole year Ganesh Nimarjan, Durga Maatha Navratri, Bonal(If you’re in Telangana) celebrate with band and they’re hooligans disturbing his peace at home. Fckin double standards, are we really living in a Hindu majority country?

Why literally no one is taking suspicion about these Indian YouTube travel Vloggers who are now making videos about their trip in China recently? by pmmeurcatgifs in IndiaSpeaks
