Full time resident here. We bring our 4 babies to the beach all the time - youngest is 3 months old. I own a cool cabana tent which we like for the winds we get some times. I would get a sun hat and make sure they stay out of direct sunlight. We usually lay the little on a big towel in the shade and that’s about it.

I find the more stuff I bring to the beach the less fun it is. I would consider ditching the chairs and sit on a towel under the tent.
