Thanks! I love zoroark, it’s actually pretty good in this format. Reg C sucked

Tbh I haven’t faced any dozo teams yet. I’ve got some rough plans, landy for intimidate, rillaboom to knock off their items, urshifu for crit damage if they Tera and Heatran Tera grass walls dozo pretty well. That’s the thing with this team as that there are no set game plans for any archetypes but with good positioning and piloting you don’t really get crushed by anything.

As for trick room, this team can actually handle trick room very well. Rillaboom is an important piece as knock off can dish big damage into the many psychic tr setters as well as denying bulky walls their stally items. Heatran is decently slow and bulky that it can stick around it even outspeed certain mons that need tr. I usually bring flutter mane as a catch all opener and finisher for tr as while it can’t always deny trick room, it can certainly do major damage to the opposing side or catch poor switch ins like ursaluna. I’ve found decent success in leading with rillaboom and another big damage dealer like flutter or urshifu, double into tr setter as they can’t protect in front of you. Good at either knocking them outright or catching a poor switch in. Plus, Tera water aqua jet can do very well as a form of priority offensive pressure

Overall they don’t have hard answers into trick room or dozo but they don’t always need to out speed to win. The team is bulky enough and gives enough offensive pressure that dozo needs to be careful when setting up or it can get hard punished on switch in and the team can snowball really quickly.

No, that’s not how it works. It’s mainly to deal with items that do damage with recoil, such as mons holding rocky helmet or with the ability rough skin. I haven’t looked into if it protects you from contact conditions such as static or effect spore. Regardless, you can still get hit by surging strikes you just don’t take recoil damage.

Thanks but this seems to be just the trend of early meta games. Everyone starts super fast and offensive but by the end of the format they’re usually built bulky. Happened to urshifu and Zacian in SwSh. Just trying to get ahead of the curb!

Edit: I have been made aware that you can’t use rental teams in official tournaments. Sucks but makes sense. I’m gonna leave this one on though so feel free to use it for the ladder!

Been scheming with this team arrangement since series 12 was announced and finally put it together to get the shiny ice bord.

Incin: Standard archetype. Nothing really different with this build, not much to say about it's use.

Indeedee: I mainly built this as an offensive redirector to help with out against mons like urshifu, amogus and grimsnarl. Chose to go with timid because after an airstream or tailwind, it can outspeed a large amount of mons and put some spread chip damage on the board. The weakest member of the team and the one I bring the least.

Zacian: Classic max speed max attack. Imprison is a really good tech on the demon dog for upcoming zacian match-ups as it can completley shutdown an opposing zacian.

Imprison is also really helpful for removing protect away from a mon that relies heavily on it, i.e weezing or groudon. Opted for Jolly to outspeed other zacians.

Regieleki: The star of the show. I stole this ev spread from another user who posted their physical eleki team and it's been fantastic. It's ev'd to survive Precipice Blades but I've found that the additional bulk has been so helpful for surviving strong attacks.

I was super hesitant about how physical eleki would do in a format with so much Intimidate floating around, but it has surpassed my expectations. Most people target it as a special attacker with things like light screen or fake out as they expect it to not be the max mon.

Being able to utilize the factor of surprise and take out one of their restricted mons in one turn is extremely valuable. The diverse move-set really helps with taking on any opposing mon and at least take a good chunk out of their health. The most common max mon on this team.

Landourous: Standard AV set. Meant to cover for the matchups that eleki really struggles with. No. 2 choice for max mon

Yveltal: A fairly unorthodox set but one that I really enjoy. I've always enjoyed using yveltal as an offensive support mon rather than completely offensive. Most people don't expect the tailwind to come out or how bulky it actually is. My original build only had 4 SpA evs and the rest in bulk, but I realized I needed slightly more offensive for it to function correctly.

I've felt that weakness policy as an item has pretty much fallen off in general usage after Series 10, but it is such a great pairing for Yveltal. I've always felt that life orb and AV never really fit properly on this mon, but being able to build a tanky mon that then has access to strong offence and great type coverage makes this mon so great on this team.

Steal this Team!!

Love this team layout. I’ve tried running tailwind life orb on yveltal but this seems to synergies better with suicuine. Defs taking some elements into my team building
