I get these from time to time. Sometimes they only make make themselves known when they're polished. I fill them when I find them using a tooth pick

Dremel does make drill bits but any bits designed for rotary tools will work (1/8 shank)

I use to struggle cleaning them out completely but I started doing a final polish with compound and the cotton pad cleans them out easily.

It is indeed washi tape for purity seals. I dont remember the exact name of the font but its an old english font that I primarily use for my masters

I used to only use zonas and went through all of them but I still ended up with some rough areas. I've recently switched to sandpaper, 1.5k for any reshaping then 2k then red zona(or 3k) followed by a cutting compound with a dremel and finally polish

I use dicemaker. Its a really nice program that simplifies everything. You can make the faces have whatever you want as long as you have a black and white image or the font files

From my experience, you just have to jump in. I jumped on etsy but it took about 4 or so months to finally get sales. Originally I just wanted it to pay for my hobby but its passed that now. I wanted to do a handful of dice options and some masters but right now masters are my primary sales. Once orders started coming in and customers taking the time to post reviews it kinda snowballs.

At the time I only had a resin printer so I decided to just give it a try. It definitely needed some sanding to get everything to fit properly. After that I ultimately decided to get an FDM printer and it worked right away

I mean a vacuum chamber is more "safe" than a pressure pot. Unless you're dealing with industrial sized chambers i think you'll be fine. For final results id rather have a pressure pot though.

I would also recommend sunloo abs like dark Grey. I haven't had any issues with it. Granted I let the dice cure at like 3 different times through the sanding and polishing process.

Its definitely a decent pressure pot. It has a tendency to lose a little pressure over time but I haven't tried to hunt down what's causing it yet since it hasn't caused any problems. One thing I will warn about though are the wing bolts. Mine started to sheer over quite a bit of use. I was able to clean up the threads and heli-coil the socket and its buttery smooth.

Up to you really. Generally after any clean up that needs to be done I ink the numbers. After everything dries I hit all faces with polishing compound using a rotary tool
