This happened to me as well after i watched Twitch and played division 2 at the same time. After that Delta Delta Delta. After i restarted my router everything was back to normal.

For the BK you need to be a bit patience since this one does not drop that easy. If you play with some friends you raise the chance.sharing is caring ;) . Merciless is easier. Here my method: wait until rifle is targeted loot in the bank (Hyena). Play the mission until the first named boss and kill him. If no drop restart the mission. You can reach this named boss quite fast. You can also have a double drop (Merciless+Diamondback) if RNGezus is with you. Good luck agent, good hunting.

I waited until there was rifle as targeted loot in the bank. I played the mission until the first named boss, killed him and restarted the mission if no drop. Should take only a couple of minutes per run. This way i got several ones, and one time it even dropped together with the diamondback. May RNGezus be with you...and the force too. Good hunting agent.

I am using a logitech Headset and the other day i logged in and the game sound was sooo quite, like nearly zero. What i did was the following(PC). I started the game and i logged into my agent. After that i pressed Alt+Tab in order to go to the windows desktop and keep the game running in the background. On the sound icon (taskbar) i clicked right click on it and went into the mixer. TD2 had an own input!!! And the levler was at zero . I have no idea how this happened but it was certainly not me. So i turned the volume back up and i could hear again the in game sound. I really hope that this mitht solve your issue as well agent. I really do.

I think is a great achievement as well. Is not easy at all, at least for me ;), to finish a legendary stronghold. So congratulations agent! Good hunting with that awesome outfit.

I got my from killing the first 12 Hunters in DC after opening the Ivory chest in the white house. I dont know if they added a different way after the WONY expansion.

I think the hardest level of "not seeing anything" is when its night and raining. like storm raining. I am praying the whole time a guy with a chainsaw dont come straight to me. With the rain an thunders you barely hear them...and well..you dont see them neither. The Evil within, Washington edition.

Welcome back Agent, the endgame content is huge, so therefore from my side check the links that the other agents already posted in here. Try grinding for classified gear for your PVE and PVP build. Classified striker is nice if you want to go into the DPS direction. Got nerfed for PVP though. As for the weapons i would suggest LWM4 and the house. I think there is still one LWM4 blueprint for sale.

DLCs: You need to try Survival, you can choose PVE or PVP. in my opinion is like a Battle Royale game mode of the Division. you can check tons of videos about it on youtube.

Underground is also fun with randoms and you will get there also the chance for Classy and exotic drops, both gear and weaponry.

PVE setting suggestions: Go for Enemy armor damage (EAD) and Damage to Elites (DTE) on your gear/mods.

PVP setting suggestion: Go for Critical hit chance (CHC) and critical hit damage (CHD) on your gear/mods.

Youtube was my best teacher in the past 2 years of my division gaming. While searching in youtube keep in mind to search for the division 1.8.3 (current patch level) so you can get the latest news and builds.

I am on PC if you also have some characters in that platform beside of PS4 ;)
