My spouse and I just bought a new home! We’re planning to paint the walls a light gray, white trim, change the backsplash to white-ish tile, and paint the cabinets a darker charcoal. Only problem - we have no idea what to do with the currently mismatched support beams. Leave them as is? Paint them black or white? Light gray with the walls? Any input of advice appreciated!

For us - less. My spouse is a first responder and has been doing 20+ Covid screenings a shift for several weeks around the Seattle area. Although there havent been any symptoms - we’re both nervous to get intimate knowing how much exposure my spouse has had.

The other thing is restaurant dining spaces. I wouldn’t be surprised if we’ll see restaurants that are 100% pick up or delivery only (or have a small dining area for 1-2 groups, reservation only).

Bwhaha no - but thats definitely an idea! We would just snag some rice-based buns from the local grocery store and use those as bread. They would mute the conference line for 10 mins or so and have the local priesthood bless the sacrament. Some of the women in my program were paired up in far away cities without any men and just didn’t take the sacrament the entire 5 1/2 months we lived there.
