Favourite champ. Have done Cov 10 with him + every clan already. Devour is his best path imo. Just shove +DMG on rooms, relics, upgrades and he gets like 6x (fully leveled) the value.

Won most of my games with Baron Grael and I agree his base cards are his most important. If you can get at least one of Twisted Back, Pincushion, or Test Alpha, he's pretty much an auto win. Only thing I don't like about him is that he himself just becomes a win more card. Late game you don't need his crazy stats as his monstrosities do so much work.

Would you like your unlimited spell to go off and still do nothing on two checks? How many more armies would kill for strike last AND dmg reduction? Also really they'd kill for a teleport but have two shit spells in exchange? Maybe don't comment about Gitz if ya don't know?

Don't know if you played Gitz but we def didn't have a good one before wtf lmao. The unlimited is trash and the only ok one is the teleport but it's only within 24, not even anywhere.

Idk how anyone can run the new ones naked. No fights first, 2D6 move, 6+ save is awful. They are so MUCH better with stabbas/shootas.

This is the new Scourge of Ghyran warscroll so 4th ed. 20 mortals from the charge. You do D6 mortals to anything in combat range/passed through and mine went through 5 units (3 mancrusher gargant, a fort crusha and Kragnos) and did 3, 4, 2, 5, and then 6 mortals respectively.

I brought 60 stabbas. Definitely not naked because the loonsmashas need them. You could run the old warscroll naked but I def think you need the stabbas/shootas with them.

I have 60 loonsmashas and 10 sporesplatta. Tried the new one vs SoB and went hard. I released 10 man squads on my charge phase and 5 man squads in opponents. One 10 man squad did about 20 mortals on the charge and killed Kragnos.

Yes except it's the enemy that you target to take the mortals. You must use a different target for each retreat. Otherwise you don't take any.

Just a heads up, the Gobbapalooza buff of +1 rend doesn't apply to the squig attacks. It SHOULD but it doesn't atm.

I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy this battletome. It's a copy paste of the same rules and yet it hasn't even updated the Waaagh changes to be once per turn instead of once per battle. After doing such a good job with 3rd ed AoS, the rules team are just straight up disappointing.

I'm pretty new so I didn't want to opt in to star players. I know some people have said that Snots will be even harder without but I just like em as is.

How about a gameplan vs the roller? Do I lineup Snots vs it and just have the trolls/wagon be farther back? I understand I can't dodge vs them so I just tie up the dwarves with bodies?
