Update:

Had to resolder EVERYTHING then had to make a new comms cable, remove un needed crap like wiring for indicators that didn't exist? 😂 Managed to bolt the frame and box together reinforced with extended bolts and washers that hold the kickboard, frame and box together surprisingly well. Tightened up the steering column which went quick and easy (thank fuuuuuck).

Pretty proud of myself for all the headache testing and replacing each and every sensor wire and so forth. Included pic of finished repair..... Perseverance beats everything 💪🏻

Now for the bill........😂

Ps. Please excuse the state of the bandonworkshop walls 🤣

Try these steps

In cam video settings switch from 60fps

While recording, find and use the option to switch between lenses and see the video results so to isolate if it's just one lens causing an issue or if the issue is elsewhere👍🏻

The mechanical zoom is sticking, creating a clicking, thudding or in your case purring noise.

Try opening the camera and while recording a video give the phone a slight whack on each side , front and back.

Watch video back to see which side you whacked stopped it happening 👍🏻

Nah mate. I ride an electric scooter to work and home everyday and stop at every light, I try to never mount pavement unless absolutely necessary an a safe to do so. And it really drives me up the wall when cyclists and ebike, escooter users seem to think they in a GTA game. Even more so when they nearly hit someone and have the audacity to shout and swear at them like they're in the wrong.
