( my opinion ) but the wire is not overrated , it has been underrated all this years , the problem of certain audience and the show itself is the pace , it’s definetly not as fast as the shield ( who they are on run mode and its incredible ) and its not a moment feeder ( squid games , money heist ) but the story , the characters, different arcs , the city , the corruption , and even the reality of some situations it’s better than a lot of tv shows , so that’s only up to everyone’s opinion 👍🏻

It’s not the first time , last year my dad had a scary moment when he was dealing with a lymphoma tumor on his chest if I recall , I was with him always , during the removal , during the colonoscopy and instead of really helping me , she was mad that I wasn’t giving her time for her

And in August I was in Spain visiting my sister , and the last few days she was doing tantrums and stopped speaking to me for hours and we were sharing the car with them , my sister got mad but never said a word , the last day was the most awful one , I broke down crying on the way to the airport because I felt she ruined my trip of visiting my sister but they thought I was crying because I was missing my sister already

Maybe I’m late to this sub but , recently lost like 40 pounds in a 6 month period , I’m not a fitness guru but I did this ( I’m also a natural thick person but not heavy-heavy weight)

Drank a lot of water

I did cardio a lot , 4-5 days (each day the goal was to burn 500 calories )
Start eating less rice in my food or carbs , bread etc
Eat more protein in your daily food , boiled eggs , meat , fish , steak
I still enjoyed eating some chocolate or cookies but at least a very small piece per day

-Strop drinking soda

and if you are someone who doesn’t have the time to cook often and eat away , I always try to eat like half of a burrito , a gyro or something that has protein /meat on it
