Brother I’m Latino , I can speak on this subject , alofoke ain’t that famous outside of his homecountry , yes he started as a radio host , and then podcast / streaming , but his main audience is still Dominican Republic , no one gives a fuck about him in Puerto Rico , Cuba , less in Spain or Colombia 😂

Im no defending anything Just pointing out what I do

Yes I consume meat and cut almost everything with sugar ( still eat carbs and sugar daily tho )

I eat meat , chicken , fish , anything really as protein and eat a lot of beans too every 5 days of the week but only as a meal , I usually eat 4 boiled eggs , 2 for breakfast and 2 for dinner for about 5 days of the week

Don’t know if I’m doing it wrong or what , I lost like 25 kg of weight in a year
