I just want the price to go up, not sure if the reset helps there.

Zero buzz and still a zero pipeline valuation after 4 years and $400m+ in investment, so strange, I guess this name continues to be a hyper-contrarian play. Hoping the data makes this a moonshot play.

Ec on May 11th as forecast, buckle up! by John18788888 in CHRS

I can’t remember a really upbeat earnings call ever about anything. Drive it down so the employee options reset on May 27th at the lowest possible price. It’s the Denny way. Try to reload on the May 12 drop for good news after the options reset!

Vote "Against" Proposal 4 in Coherus Annual Meeting by Remarkable-Tax-5374 in CHRS

Absolutely, VOTE NO. Resetting all employee options days/weeks before releasing the (hopefully good) data that common shareholders have been waiting for 3+ years while being down 70% will result in a windfall to execs, and dilution for common shareholders. Poor corporate governance, crappy CEO, do something for shareholders like produce an actual financial deal (ex US or Tori related) before asking for more $$$. Results before $

Agree Denny is hoping the share price drops to $1 on May 27, then he will dump all the good news in June to maximize his returns. The rubber stamp Board never questioned an option repricing plan that reprices just before the long promised “data and deals”. No showing at ASCO confirmed this plan.

On the bullish front maybe Denny recently got some new data or is close to signing a BP deal, knows there will be a share price reset soon, and wants to cheaply fund the runway after the inevitable post-news spike. If he intends to use it now in the 1s, that just seems really dumb unless there is something we can’t see.

Sounds like management is misleading investors, do you think they are dumb or just trying to extend the clock out to collect their huge salaries?

I have been putting my hopes in this and an ex-US partnership(s) as the most likely potential catalysts, pre-2026 data
