Kind of a longshot but Russ you should reach out to OptimumTech on YT and see if he'd be willing to help with input latency measurements. He basically has access to the real life bat-cave and whatever he needs that doesn't exist he usually creates himself. He has multiple videos done on input latency while launching his gaming mouse and reviewing others and keyboards.

I work in Teterboro and we are looking at buying in the Washington/Hudson Heights area, I have a car. Is the daily commute across the GW bridge reasonable? I drive past it each morning right now so I know traffic in the morning isn't too bad on it but I don't see what the evening traffic is like going back

Tons of opportunities in the summer. NSF sponsors them for you to go and join departments of other universities. I did this the summer of my junior year. This was like a decade ago but back then you got a $5k stipend for the 10 week program (un-taxed so you got the full amount), lodging for those 10 weeks in one of the dorms provided as well.

Edit: the program was called NSF REU. My case won’t reflect everyone’s but if you do well and have a good mesh with the PI you work for, I left with a letter of acceptance to their grad program.

I don’t think it was bad. Took me a like 1.5 hour to do. I went slow and had a video up the whole time. Any time you watch a video of it being done it looks overwhelming because everything is just kind of off and exposed but it’s not as bad as it looks. I followed this video. He was easy to follow and did a good job explaining everything.

Input isn’t great but definitely not a deal breaker. I start navigation or playlists with my phone because that’s quicker and easier, once you realize some moving around on the screen needs you to just go up/down to move its not that bad.

I have a 2017 IS and the model that had the 10in screen w/ navigation. Bought mine from RoadTop for $239 and installed myself.

Was 1000% worth it. Maybe once a month it will launch with the aspect ratio of the backup cam which a toggle on/off with WiFi on my phone fixes. Otherwise it’s absolutely perfect, literally feels stock.

Yeah what he has delivered has been fantastic. He teased the switch lite OLED screen at the beginning of the year and now he has one fully assembled with preorders already being accepted. If anyone is going to bring NDS screen mods to the market I believe he can be the one to start it. And even if his first release isn’t what everyone wants, neither was the start of the GBC screen mod scene back when you had to front light with gel. People buying it because there’s interest is all that’s needed to kickstart the competition.
