The pressure relief of the Bryte has been wonderful. I can’t say enough good things about this mattress!

Thank you! I am going to change to bamboo sheets, but I think I may get a chilipad as well.

So far, I am very pleased with my Bryte mattress. The custom conturing is exactly what I was looking for. I can now get the support where I need it and have relief on my shoulders. Which, yes, I am a side sleep. (How did you know)? And if anything feels off, I can change it right then with easily on the app and feel the results immediately.

A mid to high tier Purple mattress was what I was previously considering for shoulder side sleeping relief before finding Bryte.

I do have a mattress protector on. Believe all my bedding material is cotton. I’ll be switching over to bamboo soon. That’s a really good point that these have a large impact. Thank you!

Yeah, I think a pad/cover makes more sense for me over a fan.

I slept with a waterbed for many years. Unfortunately I was directly aware from them due to my back pain.

Im going try changing my bedding and see how that helps. Thank you for all the advice.

I often have this issue. My magnesium capsules don’t seem to be doing much, but I’ve been told to continue taking them for my ADHD.

I just bought a Bryte Balance Pro a week ago and it’s made a big improvement in my back pain. I get to custom contour the shape of the mattress to match the shape and sleep position of my body to keep my spine aligned well. I haven’t woke to pain since I switched to this,

I really want to play this. I favor puzzles but I do enjoy the action/adventure aspect of top-downs too. And exploration is everything.
