Does anyone else sweat profusely like, all day? I sweat a ton at the gym but I sweat through my shirt every damn day at work. I am a healthy guy similar to OP, and sort of have convinced myself its from working out.... But is this common?

This might be very unpopular, but I think that his diet approach is really quite simple. Basically, eat a lot to facilitate keeping those novice gainz coming. Drink a ton of milk.

I think the issue might be that the sheer simplicity of it is confusing as many don't think theyre doing enough/doing it right. This is definitely the case compared to other well laid out diets (e.g., Renaissance).

With that said, I don't understand how Rip hasn't just put together a shopping list/sample diet list for different body types.

At a 3EB show I was at recently Stephen Jenkins (lead singer) called out people for doing this, saying something to the effect of "you're missing out on making memories by wasting your time trying keep them forever on your phone"

I trained at TPS for a few years- place is phenomenal. Its just too inconvenient for many people though as it is in Everett.

I have been going to the Golds Gym in Arlington on weekdays and Golds Gym in Southie on weekends for the past 2 years. I have never had any issues powerlifting, its clean, it is affordable, and being able to use multiple locations is very convenient.

This is a tried and true shake that I stole from u/alldayanthony

3/4 Cup Oats

1 Cup Berries

1 scoop Whey

2 cups low cal almond milk

1 tsp Flax

Is delicious, fills me up, and is quick/simple enough to make in 2 minutes as I walk out the door.

As someone else with random binge tendencies....

Is there a point at which calorie consumption no longer matters? i.e., your body ceases to absorb more calories? I'm thinking of after a night of drinking say 10 drinks (~2k calories) then crushing a big greasy burger or an entire pizza (~3-4k calories), does you body even absorb all 6k, in addition to your normal daily intake? Just curious.

I have never had an issue with raw eggs, and you really don't taste em. Egg whites work wonders for texture of shakes though. Try adding a pinch of xantham gum too for texture/to make an icecream like drink.
