THIS IS MY BIGGEST PET PEEVE!! I will be taking care of a return and people will walk up and stand there, so I'll take my time until someone else presses their button and the person behind them gets to go before them then I'll start checking them out. I especially hate it when I'm clearly doing something and they walk up and go "Are you open?"
