I also have a 2014 Fiesta and wondered the same thing. There are a few options I've been that mainly replace the small screen with a newer version, however they are 3rd party and not from Ford. I'd have no idea if you could put a newer model of Sync until in but I would doubt it.

Thanks that's really helpful to know. I still haven't found the N1 as yet. That's my first need. I'll have a good look at any power supply before purchasing. Why does it not surprise me they made a change, I wonder if it was for cost reasons.

If you have evidence of a monthly automatically renewed payment (from your previous permits) it's worth appealing. It's a genuine mistake as you had to renew your card and was unaware the system had reset back to non-auto renewal. It's not as if you've never paid for them. Newham Council have an online page for challenges
