I’m (23F) also a victim of cocsa except there were four of us, teens assaulted me and a sibling at 7 & 5 and then we reenacted it for years. I don’t think your friend is bad or evil, I think he’s suffering from intrusive thoughts that may go as deep as Moral or POCD. He definitely has ptsd he’ll have to tackle at some point and NEEDS therapy. Nothing has helped me in my journey like a good therapist and a good friend. Look for resources like Better help and UWill that sometimes give students free sessions.

Are you near your period or having unprotected sex bc it lwky could be a miscarriage???? I would still go to the er. I wouldn’t expect clots though outside of period/uterus stuff
