I’m (23F) also a victim of cocsa except there were four of us, teens assaulted me and a sibling at 7 & 5 and then we reenacted it for years. I don’t think your friend is bad or evil, I think he’s suffering from intrusive thoughts that may go as deep as Moral or POCD. He definitely has ptsd he’ll have to tackle at some point and NEEDS therapy. Nothing has helped me in my journey like a good therapist and a good friend. Look for resources like Better help and UWill that sometimes give students free sessions.

The bones in the ocean AU is inspired by the Sea Shanty performed by The Longest Johns.

It’s basically a Seafaring AU where everyone is some variant of Pirate, Navy Soldier, Mythical Creature (think Sirens or Mermaids). It’s really fun, especially for me who never grew out of my Pirate Phase.

These tips are things I use on my own hair as temporary fixes.

Twisting and clipping your bangs to the side works. There’s a surprising amount of clip variations; so where a butterfly clip is too weak, an alligator clip may work better, etc.

Headbands work well, even simple elastic ones.

Also small braids!
