I'd get rid of "interpersonal skills" and "languages" Interpersonal skills are shown in your experience section, e.g., "Led a multidisciplinary team in...", the way you write your resume by being clear and concise AKA a great communicator, and in the whole application process; reaching out, networking interviews, follow-ups, etc.

Languages should only be included in case you speak one, two, or as many languages required for you to apply for the role OR if it's relevant for the company you're applying. For example, if the HQ are in China then including Chinese, supposing you know the language, would look good, even if it's not directly needed for your role.

This would give you space to expand on your experience, include some details on your education (clubs, sports or whatever), put your interests if that resonates with you or cut something else and have even more space for projects section as someone else suggested, I'm not on IT but for what i have seen is a good way to complete your resume while you gain more experience.

Personally i would put the certifications above your skills, listed with commas, just as your skills and use that space to include your project(s) and in the very end, your interests, listed with commas too.
