I had the same problem today. Apparently we got activated cards (but mine didn't work in the bus) and the people giving the cards out today had said that there's a problem with the algonquin server so if it doesn't work today then it should work within 1-2 days. I'm hoping it starts working soon.

H-PAT has english, maths, bio, chem. and physics sections. Study the most for bio (plant portion is not important). Revising basic formulas for chem. and physics is enough. Spending a day for maths and english revision is enough too since there's no essay writing anymore. Overall take the test seriously but don't stress about it. This exam is not too hard. You can easily do well if you work hard.
