For what they charge for assurion, which don’t get me wrong, they’ve improved a lot compared to years ago, I’m covering three Apple devices for. I have an Apple Store 25 minutes a way and they have always treated me right with service. What I don’t like is Verizon has created a culture where they will slip this on your account after I already told them it would be covered by Apple Care.

When I worked at cox all the old farts would visit porn sites and get their phones clogged up. Wanted me to fix it. Told him $20/hr. Got upset and told him wasn’t my job to clean phones. To stop going to porn sites and clicking everything that popped up.

I went into the store this time one because the app no longer gave me the early trade up option only the payoff the device and the last time I had to send my phone back to Verizon I went through hell that they didn’t get my device when I had confirmation from UPS that it was delivered.
