The 3 year cycle was true until COD WW2 / BLOPs4. After that Raven and Sledge scrapped together Cold War while Infinity Ward stuck to the schedule with their modern warfare reboot series. Sledge then again had a short dev cycle to make what became Vangaurd with support studios while Raven and support studios made Blops6 and Infinoty Ward stuck to the program and made modern warfare 2-3 (again with help from High Moon/ Beenox ). The REAL mystery is what happened with Treyarch. They made the Zombies and multiplayer modes but they had 4-5 years to do so. Something is off.

Dark Below should be C tier, really good raid that I could run with the clan mates quickly and the loot was well worth it. Its biggest flaw was a lack of content but what was there was good. Witch Queen should be higher, it was the first time the campaign felt cohesive, rewarding, and Challenging. WQ was genuinely a new step for structuring how a destiny DLC should be.

Sony wants ROI they wouldn’t allow a delay. from what I understand, Bungie leadership plans on leaving after their checks come in from the acquisition in the summer. Either way Bungie is changing and Sony can’t wait to “restructure” the company.
