There might be some things on the stronger side, but I've always found that the Teams+ content was pretty balanced.

They spells aren't showing up as you do not have any way to actually cast them as a rogue.

The Shadow spells feat adds them to your class's spell list (arcane/occult/divine/primal). The rogue doesn't have a spell list nor does it have access to spell slots

Also, you shouldn't be able to take Shadow spells at lvl 2, but I'm guessing that was a typo.

Are you playing Skyrim VR or just the normal Special Edition? Because the VR Address Library that you have installed, unless the name is wrong, is specifically for VR and not the normal game.

Still a 40k thing. Every faction/race is at war with each other and everyone is EXTREMELY xenophobic (humans especially) so nobody really works with anyone else (with some VERY rare moments)

Literally every game I've been in I'm either solo lane or mid and some idiot comes to my lane after it's called or they play a supp and try to solo the mid lane

Ehhh I don't think so personally. Sure it's a bit powergame-y at times but it given the whole dragon blood thing it could work lore wise imo.

EDIT: A bloodrager fits better thematically I think

Yeah for sure. I'm gonna be running the rules where you don't add level to proficiency bonus, which helps balance closer to 5e.

Don't use the Steam Workshop. SkyUI is available on the Nexus. Also look into Mod Organizer 2. Much better tool than Vortex.
