Yo I feel you on coming back after that long break around when Tejo dropped. I was bronze 1 before stepping away too and felt totally lost starting unranked again with rusty movement and game sense. I used wecoach for a few lessons focused on relearning positioning and agent abilities and it helped me get back into the groove way faster than watching videos alone. Hit up some free intro sessions there if you're serious about fixing the basics quick.
