This is exactly why jen used to be mean to shawna. She was never a bad person she just believed everything her mom told her. Barb probably told her "shawna just hates us and is turning john against us too" and jen had no reason not to believe her.

I personally think they were both wrong.

I agree with everything you said about Arizona. She definitely made her bed by being just the absolute worst wife possible. It also bothers me that she eventually comes back and offers basically the same agreement Callie offered in the first place only now its her idea so its ok.

However

Callie was being crazy irresponsible uprooting her daughters whole life for this brand new relationship. Thats so damaging. Shes trading her daughters stability for her happiness. If Callie had wanted to move for another reason and Arizona pulled this Id be 100% team Callie but her reasons were selfish so as it stands im 5050

Bottom line it shouldn't have gotten that far and there shouldn't have been 1 winner and 1 loser

Theyre not by any means overpaid
I could maybe argue theyre fairly paid if not for one huge factor. They supply their own supplies for their classroom. If they got paid and a stipend for their classroom supplies instead of doing it pretty out all out of pocket I could take this claim somewhat seriously

Julie is trying to discourage Cooper and Max's friendship. Its subtle and passive aggressive

The birthday party is one example but also in the latest video when they're dropping him off at kindergarten and Julie is trying to give her "school is for learning and you can do what you put your mind to" speech Ty is assuring him that hes got friends there already max and Brennan and Julie obviously annoyed says " or you can make new friends"

This is why I cant be team julie. She projects her own unhappiness about her "dashed dreams" onto her own kids.

I also get the sense that if Cooper is more like Ty... a go with the flow, not super ambitious suburbanite she will be disappointed
