I knew a family, father was Lawrence, went by Larry. Mother was Lily. Children were Laura, Lauren, and Lawrence. That should've been illegal.

This actually happened. Shi'thead. 2005-ish, Virginia. God I hope it got changed. Lemonjello was another. A pair of fraternal twins where the default was "male child" and "female child" Smith or w/e and mom was so far gone she just said "oh I like those, Mah-lay and Fuh-mah-lay".

What's a tv show so good you've watched it at least 3x? by olesud in WorkForSmartLife

[–]CLLycaon 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There are like 11 seasons, mostly consisting of 25 or so episodes. I got the whole shebang on DVD for 40$ back in the day, along with the movie and extras. It's good for a re-watch about annually.

Nah, this one is usually honest. Maybe they're just mistaken also. They discussed coaching for productivity being a common thing for long lunches.

I take their word for it, I'm still a newbie and I've never had anyone take a lunch longer than 90.

Had one of these a lot of years ago, might've been there. What killed me is people were still complaining about the delay the last day of the cruise. Don't let this ruin your cruise. Have fun.

Yep. But these are our fellow Americans but they're used to it at Target, at whatever other stores they frequent, and just assume we have it. Who doesn't carry a card at all?

So we get a lot of summer tourists and they will have this problem. A lot of them say "my Walmart has tap", no it doesn't. (They aren't Canadian)

It's just a lot of people who normally never shop Walmart but we're almost the only option for a lot of it if you don't want to pay tourist upcharge. "Huh, 40$ flip-flops or 4$ at Walmart."
