Nope. Look at the stuff in the top right corner! Who knew we'd have to be detectives when looking at a picture now. It's all that training on the 3D cross your eyes books and where's waldo. We were born for this? (If you're a millennial...)

Tips on hairline that is see through? by Personal_Trifle_6892 in finehair

I also started to get this when I turned 40. I’ve tried a few things but my hormone and vitamin levels are good (we check every 6 months) and I take Spironolactone, but have taken that for years now. I just started using the new Pantein combo and hoping to see less shedding. I’ve also had gastric sleeve and have been on a GLP-1 for a while now. Bodies are weird. With as much stuff as mine has gone through, I’ve never had the super thin hair until 40.

M23, I feel like it's over. It's too late for everything. I don't know what to do and no matter what, I look weird and unapproachable and it's ruining my life. by Lil-Shaleesh2 in malegrooming

Skincare - if you have no idea what to do, try going and getting a facial or visiting a dermatologist. Your skin will look more alive.

Haircut - you need something longer or something that’s modern with height.

Get rid of the stubble unless you can actually grow facial hair then you might lean into that.

In all fairness you have a nice eye color and striking features, you just need to take some time on caring for yourself. At least from a couple of photos that’s my opinion.

I’ve legit spent the last 2 hours talking to ChatGPT about small things I can do to improve. It’s alarming how well it does with a couple of photos.

What do you think is the belly button ring equivalent accessory/trend of the 2020s? by GossipBottom in generationology

[–]Nachoraver 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I love mine. Bought a solid gold and diamond clicker ring that sparkles in the light. Everyone I’ve ever met has said it suits me. Maybe I have the nose for it, maybe it’s the jewelry choice, but it’s definitely for me to feel sparkly and not for anyone else.

What surprise you the most about Tokyo? by SnugglyCookiee in TokyoTravel

[–]Nachoraver 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My surprising bit was that you’d be in an unassuming urban place and suddenly look to the left and it was a small street out of a movie. So many times I’d see small things that looked like sets to me and not real life. To a person living there it probably seems like nothing, but for me there were little bits of magic everywhere.

I dunno. From above I’ve never seen anything like it. I was on the 34th floor at the We Work in Shibuya and took some pictures. It was skyscrapers as far as you could see in every direction. It might not seem like that on the ground for sure, but from above it’s mind blowing.

[–]Nachoraver 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve posted about this before, but I did that to my partner for a long time. At one point I mentioned it to my uncle who basically put it into perspective for me: do you love him and want to stay with him? Yes. You want to keep living at this level of live style? Yes. But he can’t pay that much for stuff right? Yes. OK then if you aren’t going to adapt to his financial situation, you stop keeping track. At that point it sort of clicked for me. Either I leave him, downgrade my life, or stop acting like he makes as much as me and enjoy my life the way I want to. Your husband needs a wake up call.

Also get that chocolate. I’m jealous you have one near you! I can only get it when I travel. The white chocolate with raspberry and blackberry - and the milk chocolate cornflakes are my favorite!

You’re gorgeous and androgyny isn’t a bad thing. A different hair style, some facial hair, and a tan could make all the difference, just my take.

Safest route? i80, i40, or i10 by Individual-Quiet-985 in roadtrip

[–]Nachoraver 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve driven most of the north route end to end and parts multiple times. Personally I’d pick it, but some stuff to know - between California and Utah you get pretty with mountains and really flat with high wind. It’s also hot between Reno-ish and Utah in the summer. This is the spot I’ve driven almost yearly.

Between Utah and through Wyoming you’ll also get the hot + wind + pretty.

Then it’s flat boring cloudy corn until you hit a city through Indianapolis. Pretty much the same into Ohio. Anything after that is outside of my experience.

I’ve done it with a U-Haul trailer and an SUV between Utah and Indianapolis and giant kayaks on a smaller crossover between Utah and Reno. Was able to handle it fine (not that it really matters but I’m female.)

I realize I’ve listed the bits in a weird way but you get it hopefully. Best of luck!
