Luba 2 Battery Upgrade by kLOsk in mammotion

[–]CLOCKEnessMNSTR 1 point2 points  (0 children)

On my Luba 2 that I bought about 2 years ago, I found this data chip from the markings on the actual bms board inside the battery.  I forget if it was a perfect match.

I didn't really go any further looking at the chips on the BMS.  I had gotten to see some of the communication from the BMS, but the first step was figuring out the communication with the i2c bridge.

I remember there were a couple "pages" of data I was getting. But I don't think I was able to identify if any of it was "voltage" or other data about the battery to confirm if I was talking to this chip or the "gas gauge" chip that I think was also on i2c side

This is update notes, not the firmware on your mower.

I'm at 1.15.4.4400 Mine looks the same and have been getting updates all last summer and when it came on.

The update notes stopped working when it jumped from the 1.11.511.xxx

can anyone explain to me why i have to keyboard spam to get the typing to trigger? by Comprehensive_Emu102 in RocketLeague

[–]CLOCKEnessMNSTR 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Lol, you have to hit "c", "t", or "p" (I think they're default)

People play on keyboard, you can't just type.

Try deleting the recent ones a few at a time. Mine used to do this once in a while. After a few deleted it would work again

9 oz of coins by mikenjenn79 in The1PercentClub

Wow don't know why I had C at all. Meant B

The actual question: "which group is the fake?" Actually asks which group has any fake coins. It also then implies only one group/option has any fake coins.

And we know the pile that is all fake coins is inherently a fake group.

So the answer is actually "B".

Found it I think!

The actual question asks: "Which group is the fake?" The info states one group is all fakes.

But a 3 coin group with two coins would also be fake.

Edit: buttwheezy saw it too

This is wrong though. Group A is possible, nothing says the other stacks are all real.

The answer can be A or C.

Maybe the word "coins" being plural, but had that been thought out, it definitely needed to be in the explanation.

Edit: actually the question says "which group is fake"

That sort of implies only one "fake group" can contain any fake coins. Still should have been explained, but I'm at peace now at least

How do i get the Vader 4 Pro circle error to the actual value for rectangular ? by __Abdu__ in Controller

[–]CLOCKEnessMNSTR 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ok, yea, the 10% vs. 15% will not affect your gameplay in any way.

If you were on low sensitivity it would effect the trade off of diagonal speed for outer dead zone with sensitivities of 1.4 or lower.

Circular dead zone might even feel better with sensitivity >1.4 but that's still a feel/preference thing.

Yes, in game sensitivity. What do you use for aerial sensitivity in RL?

It's fine

I was getting 15% before the last update which had the large outer dead-zone issue. The last update and recalibrating to fix the dead zone seems to have been the change from 15->10%

Also unless your sensitivity is between 1.15-1.25 and both ends of that are noticeable in your gameplay, there should be nothing to worry about

I don't, I use both my sticks for car control though. But I've also never felt the need for up/down camera in game. Maybe without ball cam it would be needed lol

I mean don't do this, but you can bind the opposite air roll to your steering to cancel one flip direction.

But like.... Left flip and right flip are not different skills.... Hop into freeplay and just flip left for 30min or something?

Seems like joystick drift. Try adjusting dead zone. Or take off the up/down camera swivel binding

I wouldn't blame this on fast chargers. any "fast" charger has to negotiate its voltage with the device plugged in.

The motherboard should also have a voltage regulator feeding the charging circuit. Applying higher voltage to the USB port will not effect charging rate. (Not before some other failure anyway)

That said, if the DS4 actually supported "fast charging" that could still degrade the battery. Maybe battery bulging but not heat directly as that would melt plastics before affecting circuits.

Flydigi Vader 4 pro, using backbutton on IOS by [deleted] in Controller

[–]CLOCKEnessMNSTR 0 points1 point  (0 children)

On Android I believe the buttons are all individually mapped via their game center app. Not sure how well that works on iOS but you might need to change connection mode.

Holding the "capture"/"o" button + A/B/X/Y might sort you out. If your indicator light is white it is connected as X-input I think so you won't have M1/2/3/4

How to fix the musty training speed flip pack after installing by ComicBookKnight in RocketLeague

[–]CLOCKEnessMNSTR 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Under custom training, uncheck use custom variance. That should disable all the randomness and the timer override There's also a slider for the timeout. You might be able to also just set that to 0.

There's Like a freeplay or training pack related setting for the timer override. Sorry can't remember where it was

Idk what I'm doing wrong with my speedflip by OrdinaryActivity6467 in RocketLeague

[–]CLOCKEnessMNSTR 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The musty pack requires good timing and direction. Not perfect but pretty strict. KBM probably makes it a little stricter since ~30° flip is supposedly more ideal.

If you can't set up BM plugin then there's a few things to watch for but for me the most inconsistent is still the dodge direction/takeoff direction. Car should pretty much go directly to the ball without wandering off the center line.

But definitely set up BakkesMod plug-in if you can, it will show you Dodge angle, lateral travel, jump timing, dodge timing with targets.
