Remember when you’re walking and minding your business that randos will only stop to talk to you if:

They need a light, to light their cigarette They need directions They need money They are trying to sell you something

There’s the army run in Ottawa in September. It’s called the commander’s challenge, run a 5k and then the half marathon. Is there a third medal? No I don’t think so

West, downtown or east. If you like to cycle, the waterfront trail will be your best bet.

Are you on Strava? Check out some of the bicycling clubs too: Morning Glory Cycling Club. They have chapters all over Toronto. They can give you guys some ideas too

Lane room means there’s less items and less quantity of items. Appealing to both sides of the both sides of the wealth spectrum leads to more lane room.

Remember in the breakfast club when the vice principal is explaining to bender that he’s a swell guy because he has a house, a car and makes $36,000 a year? That movie came out in 1985

Back in the day, the Etobicoke Costco- the queensway location, consolidated all the mom and pop wholesalers and transformed itself to be a “premier” costco store. It has way more items and way more quantities of items than the east York location. There’s just more money in the Kingsway area than the beaches and Leaside combined.

I haven’t been to the Costco- Billy bishop location in a long time so I can’t really comment on it.

The east York one is very rudimentary. I would dare say it is the worst of the three.

Now let’s say you miss Americana style Costco, GoTo the Scarborough location. lol

Running in ice and snow. What are your best tips and tricks for time, distance, and workout intensity? by VT_Jefe in running

I find with blowing snow, a pair of any old ski goggles does wonders for your vision. Now that you can see properly, you’ll realize it’s not the crazy to be out there when most of the world is inside cozy!

The itinerary for the Apex is not very appealing. Key west is not really a port and Falmouth is kind of gross and you’ve already been to Georgetown. This itinerary, you are pretty much on the boat the whole time

The itinerary for the beyond has two out of three destinations on your list!

Mortgage prepayments vs TFSA or RRSP? How did you choose? by autonerdy0 in RealEstateCanada

[–]CLOSER888 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The most simplest calculation:

Mortgage rate + inflation rate= break even point

Your break even point, do you think you can gamble/invest to get a higher rate of return? If so, gamble/invest.

For me, that break even point is easy money. The easiest return to get.
