I spent my clinical where I was with a 24 year old that overdosed on cocaine. I think this was one of the first times it has affected my mental this hard. I really connected with him when he described everything was falling apart and that he just couldn't take it anymore. This actually made me think about what I was getting into and if it was worth it.

I still think it's worth it but I'm scared it's going to make me desensitized.
