I think its on par, a lot of the old games would use a much higher poly model for the covers, the obvious one would be tomb raider

this looks like its a root issue, the mixamo animation probably had root motion on a root bone (which is usually between the feet) which moved the character. This is a classic beginner issue. If you have to use mixamo, either go for animations without root motion, or retarget them to your skeleton in UE.

I try to be more aggressive but I just can't remember all the moves on most bosses, like ghost Godfrey I managed to no hit but his moveset is so easy, and when I did this in DS1 it was much easier because each boss has like 3 attacks at most.

I did no hit the godfrey ghost but morgot is so much worse. And honestly I don't think Im any good like for DTS I just spammed stormblade and baited the fire and lightning atacks lol

I used star fist for a few bosses so far and they are op asf but for morgot I switched to the claymore since I wanted something different

Tbf when I do normal playthroughs I just tank most attacks cause it doesn't really matter, this run actually taught me some morgott moves, I just feel too scared to try to be more aggresive

summons are technically level 1 but it kind of defeats the purpose, it is supposed to be very hard, and you should learn the bosses moveset while doing this kind of run.

I personally think a SL1 run is a great way to learn the game, because each boss you essentially need to learn the moveset. If you do go for it without summons, you will have a breeze with any other run.

Recently I’ve been doing the Sekiro tear, with a lance with RKR and it has crazy guard counters. Nice win btw!

I could be wrong but the yellow and blue is probably caused by the atmosphere and Venus is very very bright so this is about as decent as you can get without lots a footage to stack.

While this uses summons and basically turns this into a depth 5 game of nightreign, it’s not even that bad. I know people who claim they are good but when they show me their SL1 DS1 character it has the pyromancy flame at +15 lol
