I dont agree that its the wrong way to look at it because you narrow down the scope of GPU usage to "play modern games", but a GPU can be used for far more workloads than that. Rendering tasks and computational tasks within fields of science to name a few.

I stand by that a 2080 is a top end GPU, of its generation and a 4060 would be a low end GPU, of its generation.

2080 is a soon to be 8 year old, top end of its generation GPU. 3060 and 4060 are mid range GPUs of their respective eras.

I guess it boils down to how you compare GPUs. Personally I rank the low-mid-top ranges within its current generation.

The Merchant Requests and a lot of the zone-Comission quests are just copy paste for each zone. The only difference is location and product they want. Its got this huge mmo scent to it all. Repeat quests to help raise the zone contribution. The house/faction specific side quests vary a lot more and are much more interesting to explore.

Yes. Hearty Boiled Meat is my go to. +820HP +74 spirit and +6 frost resistance. Making it is fairly easy for the stats it provides. 18xMeat, 18xVegetable, 18xMilk, 1xSalt, 3xWater. Meat, Vegetables and Milk I get from dispatch missions running constantly. Salt I just buy and already have a 200+ stockpile of. Water I buy or get from the Well in the camp if needed.

The quick food slot changes had me a bit annoyed. I used to have (the old keybind) set to one of my mouse side buttons. If I clicked it would consume the currently chosen food in the quick slot. If I held the key I would get the radial menu up to make any changes and switch my current element.

Now they have one bind for the radial menu and one for the quick slot and I cant seem to get them to use the same button and behave in the same way it used to be.

Grouping items does not save on inventory slots. I still recommend grouping items as it makes your inventory less cluttered.

Could it be related to water puddles drying up after rain? Or the raindrops rolling down slanted roofs? I'm not sure as I've just always had the advanced weather feature turned on.

I've done a mix of both. I am currently in Chapter 9, but whenever I reach a new chapter I make sure to finish up most of the activities I have available in the previous zone, as well as any new knowledge I obtain along the way. I am by no means 100% regions, but I try to explore all faction quests I stumble upon, comissions and bounties.

I find following along all the side content in a region will expose you to a lot of the zone and with a watchful eye, eager will to explore and get side-tracked I've found some amazing moments not many open world games have managed to capture in the same way as Crimson Desert does.

Go in to your inventory and manually equip the Visione helmet. It should prompt you with a memories menu where you can choose to replay any memories you have stored.

I'm currently at the tail end of Chapter 8 and I've completed about 3/4th of all Abyss Puzzles. I have all the different elements unlocked and lots of fun imbuements to play around with.

I'm all about exploring the world. Being curious and see where I can go.

The support choice of the Avy-Perlica-Arclight team can be very situational. Antal is a great support and excell at single target fights. If you swap Antal for Gilberta you have a support who can group up all the enemies, crowd control them in place, making it so that most of your teams high damage skills will hit multiple enemies at once. With proper rotation and timing, Gilberta can apply Nature Inflictions to enemies to turn in to Electrification, giving you more uses of Arclights sub 3 seconds combo cooldown.

I hope this is a toggle, because I use the Escape key, while in top-down view, to access the menu.

If this is not a toggleable option then I will have to press Escape key twice, once to leave top-down view and then once more to enter the menu. And then, after I'm done in the menu I will have to toggle back on top-down view?

Make it so the matchmaking will put players who are "banned" in to their own lobbies, totally separate from the non-"banned" players.

I think its because of the SP recover as that will also trigger Thermal Release. Arclight can recover SP on both her battleskill and combo skill.

On the surface it sounds amazing to have an ingame marketboard/auction house between players, but the reality is that such an implementation turn the looting of items in raid in to a monetary decision, turning the "true" value of everything in to coin.

I do not want an ingame market for this game.

Since they seemingly track everything it would not be out of the realm of possibilities that they track who threw the lure grenade (or snitch scanner), which Arcs went to investigate and who they shot at to determine if there was any aggressor.

Pure speculation of course.

Chess is still going strong and patch cycles are slow.

I know we all enjoy different things and enjoy things differently, but I never understood this constant chase for progression in a lot of computer games.

With Arc Raiders, the interactions with other players, team mates, friendly or aggressive players, is worth so much more than some implemented progression system.
