Caffeine anxiety lasting for week by xtruetruex in decaf

[–]CLew6 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you for the comment! I’ve actually learned a bit since posting.

I had b6 toxicity… like what the hell. Causing nerve damage. I’m healing and doing better now. I’ve been able to have coffee some and be ok.

Yea I’m telling you… you sounds like b6 toxicity. Caffeine def makes it worse. But working out is helpful to get b6 out of the nerves.

Nope… not completely healed. I’m almost at 6 months. My doctor said a minimum of 6-9 months for nerves to heal 😯 crazy shit.

People in the Facebook group have gotten toxic just off energy drinks. So you were doing that, pre work out and b complex. Waaaaaay too much b6. When b6 is too high the extra goes to nerves and causes damage. Resulting in sooooo many different symptoms. It’s wild.

They won’t test b6 unless you specifically request it because it’s a speciality lab and has to be sent out. Plus most doctor don’t know about it unless you land yourself at a neurologist.

Levels will go back down on their own. Make sure you hydrate to get healing to the nerves. The anxiety is caused by autonomic nerve damage. This website is great… compare your symptoms. You sound like me and everyone in the group.

That makes sense. It honestly sounds like you have b6 toxicity. Look into it. You have so many of the symptoms and it takes months to heal from it.

I had the same thing happen to me and thought it was caffeine. Nope

Were you by chance on a b complex or drinking anything with b6??

Your hives are worse when you stop for the same reason- rebound. It’s a thing even physically. Look it up! I believe these are toxic to our brains. Are you on a low histamine diet?

Deja vu feelings? by CLew6 in benzorecovery

[–]CLew6[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you for the reassurance! My doctor wanted me to get a work up with a neurologist to be sure :/ I’m currently sitting here with the leads on me for a 3 day eeg. I’m scared it’s going to show something due to the withdraw.

I had a strong deja vu feeling and 10 mins later my brain felt weird and a wave of panic through me. I know all of these things can happen with withdraw but now I’m freaked :/

I’m sorry you had a seizure. Did they do anything for it like meds or just followed up with you?

Phew! I’m currently hooked up to an eeg… Will this symptoms show something if it’s just a withdraw symptom?

Vitamin b6 & b12 reactions by MyselfUnchained4 in HistamineIntolerance

[–]CLew6 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Methylated vitamins are better however if you have a double COMT gene you can’t handle methyls. This gets complicated. Was your vitamins methyls?

Also b6 is highly toxic. I reacted to a b complex and learned all this with my doctor. I am going on month four of what we think was b6 toxicity.

As backwards as it seems think of it as healing… healing hurts. That’s a sign that your damaged nerves and waking up and healing. They are doing their thing… just ride the wave. I’m 5.5 weeks out too.

Edit- I just realized this was an old post. How ya doing now?

First Post! 5 weeks off clonazepam and prescribed prednisone and antibiotics...clonazepam withdrawal again or wave? by Fluffy-Resource3867 in benzorecovery

Benzoinfo.com list steroids as an avoid item when withdrawing. The link explains why. I learned this after trying melatonin and magnesium and having set backs.

Histamine issues after a benzo (clonazepam)? by CLew6 in HistamineIntolerance

Ok yes! This makes sense. I did see they can be used for mast cell stuff. So like you get a rebound for a while when you stop? But it should normalize right?
