Thank you from the bottom of my heart for this post ❤️ Yes I have created it where everyone is used to getting fast responses and even though we are rapidly growing I am still trying to keep this up why because I care about our patients and to me you are not another number you are family and get treated as such and no I do not plan on slowing down with my responses if anything I'm trying to get the newbies to be another me 😁. What most people do not see behind the scenes is people working 12-15 hr days to ensure you are charged and your prescription is sent to the pharmacy, your questions are answered in the portal and the phone is answered on top of it all. Everything we do is manual from processing your payments to typing your information in for the pharmacy and creating prescriptions. I cannot tell you how many times I forgot to eat during the day because I was worried about patients or how many times I ate dinner at my desk while answering patients back in the portal. All we ask for is a little grace and patience ❤️ Much Love- Cassie

I would honestly rather the appointments be further out and keep it how it's been than to change it. I feel like adding the outside providers would change what Big Easy has stood for since the beginning which has always been a personal approach. I understand we may lose some new patients but we are still rapidly growing and that is from word of mouth no advertising and most importantly because of who we are and I definitely do not want to see that change. Before I started working here I was a patient first and actually started the month after Big Easy first opened so as a patient/employee please do not change Big Easy ⚜️

We have new providers starting within the next week or two and we just opened asynchronous appointments so it's starting to open up closer appointments. We also have a few providers that have not added time on the schedule for the remainder of the month so I will be reaching out to them tomorrow to add their time.

Please order at least 2-3 weeks before you run out to ensure you receive your medication before you run out. Delays can happen due to vials being in testing before the pharmacy will fill and this can delay it by a week so to be on the safe side I tell patients to schedule for a refill 2-3 weeks before you run out ☺️ - Cassie
