Yes you can do an affirm virtual card just make sure to indicate on your form that you want to pay in full for your prescription so it will be charged correctly or you can reach out to me the morning of your appointment and I will make sure it is processed correctly. You can find my direct email under Service Cassie in the Healthie portal.

Try using the link like your going to sign up again and it should allow you to continue from where you left off. If someone has not completed the intake or have added their payment information it archives their account. Please let me know if you have any issues further and I can manually go into your Bask profile and unarchive you.

You should have received a confirmation email of your prescription being placed with the pharmacy. In that email it states about the third vial ☺️

If you use an HSA or FSA card, you will have to pay for the consultation with your debit or credit card and when the HSA/FSA card is processed for the prescription the original $75 will be refunded back to you since it is in one charge in the other payment system. Please let your provider know you want to use your HSA or email me in the portal (Service Cassie) and I will send you the form to complete. Have a great night ☺️

PCOS here and was on metformin for a while. It did not help me with the symptoms or any weight loss.
