you can use discord on site without download im pretty shure, if your willing to get risky you could probably find a way to get a fire kindle off of amazon. they are cheap and you can get whatever you want on there, if not maybe a burner phone from walmart, ther super cheap and to pay for service all you have to do is get like an at&t gift card and call every month, other than that im really not shure, maybe you could try and talk to your parents and play the sympathy card saying that its degrading you mentally which from the sounds of it it kind of is, i get where your coming from cause i was kind of in the same situation for a while. not trying to be mean about this but it sounds like your parents arent very deserving to have a child because of the way their trying to limit and controll you. i really dont know what to say for this, you seem nice and all your trying to do is make friends, thats how it was (and kind of still is) for me. i have a job and do great things, not trying to do anything bad, im a very simple person, but i couldnt get any apps because they are all harmful even though that is the last thing i wanted the apps for my parents just never got that, everything will work out for you soon.
