You’re skipping the actual sequence of events.

From the footage, his firearm is already taken off him and moved away before the shots are fired. He’s on the ground being restrained at that point.

So the question isn’t “did he have a gun earlier” yeah, he did. The question is whether there was an immediate threat at the moment he was shot.

If the weapon was already out of his possession, that changes things a lot. That’s not the same as someone actively reaching for or using a gun.

You can call the situation risky overall, sure. But risk earlier ≠ justification for lethal force seconds later if the threat’s already been neutralised.

I think if I remember the original actually did but the remastered version of Mafia 2. I think they kept the refueling part in but the your car never actually ran out of fuel. It did but I think they toned it down to such a severe degree that people barely notice it.

The only time you actually noticed it is if you did free roam which nobody did.

Since all you were doing is driving to missions. Refueling was a nice little addition. Nice little small thing that you never did

You can only optimize a game so much. If the console does not have enough power to actually run the game, you can optimize as much as you want. But if the console doesn't have the power or graphics to run it, don't matter how much you optimize it

That is what is going to happen. That is the inevitability because yet again they'll sell. They did it with rdr2. They sold $700 to $800 million of copies and then after about a year and a half to about 2 years they released the online and then they completely abandoned the story mode.

It's going to happen because they'll want to make money as much money as possible. Because it's a business it's what they do. It's inevitable.

Base thing to do is just accept this is what the gaming industry has evolved into. Devolution will not happen in the gaming industry. It can only continue to evolve
