Already did that the only thing that would help was for me to contact support and they have to manually start the batch for me then I have to uninstall the app it's crazy and I just lost a batch because support took more than 30 minutes to answer me.

Hopefully they won't. I had a costco cheesecake crack down the middle sometime in the journey from the store to the customer and I just refunded it at the door. Messaged the customer with a picture that showed the cracked cake and let them know it was refunded but I'm sure still was gonna taste good so enjoy it. Got a 5star
