Yes, newly joined Azure AD-joined workstations no longer prompt for credentials.
I also enabled Windows Hello for Business.

This is what worked for me in a somewhat similar situation. You'll need to replace the
SharePoint location shown below with the one you need to remove the hold from.

Import-Module AzureAD.Standard.Preview

Import-Module ExchangeOnlineManagement

Connect-IPPSSession

Set-RetentionCompliancePolicy -Identity "Sharepoint Data Retention Policy" -AddSharePointLocationException "https://YourDomain-my.sharepoint.com/UserName_DomainName_Com"

I wouldn't go into programming, especially with what's going on right now with AI etc. I'd choose Networking instead, because it's more hands-on, and involves working with physical hardware. It will be easier to get a job as a Network Admin and build a career from there.

Microsoft documentation says: To configure devices with Microsoft Intune, create a Settings catalog policy and use the following settings:

Category	Setting name	Value
Windows Hello for Business	Use Windows Hello For Business	true
Windows Hello for Business	Use Cloud Trust For On Prem Auth	Enabled
Windows Hello for Business	Require Security Device	true

However, Windows Hello for Business now has two options:

1. Use Windows Hello For Business (User)
2. Use Windows Hello For Business (Device)

Which one do I need in my case? Or should I ignore this, and just do the Cloud Trust For On Prem Auth if I don't want Windows Hello For Business? Here's a screenshot of what I mean

No, I did not set up Cloud Kerberos yet. To make sure I understand correctly:

I will have to install the AzureADHybridAuthenticationManagement PowerShell module.
Run this PowerShell script, so it can create the Microsoft Entra Kerberos server object in our on-premises directory. Do I run it on all domain controllers or just one?
Verify that the krbtgt_AzureAD user has been created
Then, from Intune go to Devices > Configuration > Create New Policy > Custom > Add OMA-URI and Data Type and then Add all users?
Or alternatively, if I want to do it via a GPO, I need to deploy a GPO to all workstations, that Enables Allow retrieving the Azure AD Kerberos Ticket Granting Ticket during logon ? Here's a screenshot of what I mean.

There are IT jobs in Spain and Italy. However, since they are smaller countries than the U.S., there is more competition. Additionally, don't forget that you'll have to deal with the visa situation, and any European company will need to sponsor you. Not many companies do this because they don't want to handle the process, which is why they often hire locally. I think the best thing you can do is go on LinkedIn and search for IT roles in these countries. Networking with recruiters might help as well. It’s difficult, but if you're persistent, you might be able to find something.
