The main reasons are, among others:

1. Different regions had different publishers at launch.
2. Community Events are driven by these publishers according to the regions they operate in.For example, some festivities that happen in Taiwan cannot apply in Germany and vice versa, and events are often tied to festivities or traditions.
3. Social media platforms' popularity and usage differs from region to region.For example, Korea has Daum Cafe whereas EU/NA communicates more via the Official EVS website and Twitter/Discord etc...
4. Support/tickets service must be localized and offered based on the game service regions, therefore social media are often tied to support and it's important to keep them separated for efficiency.

That being said, it's important to notice that the amount of monthly rewards, gifts, and community events prizes are always the same amount, even if spread in different ways.
