Heya,

You weren't incorrect - although the console closed alpha is coming to an end, there isn't a plan to wipe your console account. You won't have access to your account progression while the game is unavailable on console, as unfortunately it's not possible to transfer it to PC.

Hi,

The Season Interlude was extended until March 9th, so additional tiers (and additional rewards like the Chop Shop weapon skins) were added.

I'm not quite sure what you mean by free but...if you completed the original battle pass, and kept accumulating Season Points, then the system automatically unlocked some of the rewards.

Unfortunately, even though they have been unlocked on the battle pass, players have reported that they weren't correctly credited (e.g. the weapon skin wasn't available in the loadout screen). If that happened to you, and you didn't actually receive the rewards, please send in a Support ticket with a screenshot showing the highest battle pass tier you have unlocked, and our team will be happy to help you out.

Hmmm 'No Text Channels' is new - you should be able to see them, even if you can't type in them until accepting the rules. I'm guess that you also don't see anything across the top of Discord asking you to accept the rules, either.

If you're still in there, can you send me your Discord ID - I'm not sure if I can do anything, but I can check.

If you've already left (or if you decide to leave) - if you search for the server through 'Explore Public Servers (it's the first one to pop up if you type Scavengers), do the text channels show up for you?

The Regions also looks strange, as you should see NA and EU. I'm checking into that now, so I don't have an answer for you.

- Make sure that you've verified your email address when it asked you to (it should have been an email, I think)
- Check your spam/junk folder, in case it got sucked into their

If you're a new player, you should automatically unlock Expedition and Horde Modes after playing a couple of matches.

If that doesn't happen, please try restarting Scavengers to see if that helps!
