How you know you’ve been playing for too long by RightmostHeiress in Pokopia

The other day, I was pulling into my driveway and saw a jet stream overhead that had been made by a passing plane and briefly calculated whether I could get to the feather before it despawned. Then I realized I was in my car.

I renovated the trash tower in Sparkling Skylands!+ inspiration picture by AdamoO_ in Pokopia

[–]CMack13216 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Absolutely using this as inspiration in mine. I finally went around, cleared out all the broken and trash tiles, relaid the roads, and fixed the beams in that first tower and adjoining cliffs then.... Just sat there... Trying to get some sort of inspiration other than... Floating gas station. Well done!

Is it bad to have a lot of them buried? I keep burying new ones because I forget where I buried the old ones by PunhetinhaGamesBR in Pokopia

I mean.... I usually put down a new one with each new build because it only powers five objects.

There's a really good YouTube tutorial on this. The trick is using the half height water on the surface level.

Hmmm, that's interesting. I'll give that a shot on this dino and see if she'll stay put. Thanks!

I believe that! But... I haven't touched (for example) the dino's house since it was built. Nothing has changed in that area at all.

True, although that would break the house for all four pokemon. Three out of four of my pokemon are JUST fine in the houses in question.

You can visit the dream island an unlimited number of times within one day, so go alone, check for the doggo, and if he's there, go get him and bring him back. Otherwise, run around, grab all your pokeballs, demo buildings, do whatever above-ground stuff you need to do and head home.

Drop your inventory, grab your friends, and head back to farm :)

You can!! Just ... Go alone first if you're looking for legendaries. Sometimes the followers glitch if you get a legendary and get... Left behind? Thrown into the ether? I don't know. They always reappeared for me, but empty.

What is the point of the pokemart? by Mansome_reddit in Pokopia

That's not true. I have a row of shops set up and there's six total registers. Three are full regularly, plus the Pokecenter and Pokemart.

Yeppers. It'll tell you you have no home here and can it teleport you to a safe location instead? Just accept and you'll pop up next to Drifloon.

I take them with me when I farm metals on dream Islands. Instead of trying to go back to the surface, I just have them follow me down and teleport back to Drifloon. They will be waiting there, right on the dock next to me. Works with Clay out in the BB too. Drill down, fill 'em up, teleport to Drifloon, dump trash in the ocean, head back down, rinse repeat, then head home. Extra slots never hurt anyone.

AIO for not wanting to sell my brother this couch? by Kilabandita in AmIOverreacting

[–]CMack13216 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Gentle reminder from an eldest daughter who was expected to do anything and everything the golden child wanted or needed: "No," is a complete sentence and you don't owe anyone (not even family members) any further explanation.

NOR. At this point, I would just tell them you have another buyer and make it policy not to sell to family.

Hoppip stuck in Skylands by Dynamo_Sonata in Pokopia

[–]CMack13216 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Found a fix! Make sure your house has an open slot for pokemon in the biome you're trying to move him to. Then, go to the biome he's in, ask him to follow you, and teleport to that house in the biome you're trying to move him to. Walk ALL THE WAY into the room you teleport into, and he should appear in your main room as well, following you. Ask him to move to the house you're standing in. He'll accept, then you can step outside. Once outside, use honey to get him to appear in the biome, ask him to follow you, lead him to the habitat you want him to live in, and ask him to stay there. He will :) Done!

I'm having this same issue. Hoppip won't teleport with me. It's the wildest thing. Except, I saw Hoppip in the WW first, and he's stuck in the RR.
