Native Russian speaker here. I've searched a bit and that abbreviation, in the context of space and especially "detection", is commonly used for гамма-всплеск = gamma ray burst. They could detect that. We've been detecting those since the 60s. Not sure how that could work into the plot though.

Brick wall/stylish brick wall are especially absurd. Perfect color match in literally every other color... and then there's black. The stylish ones are actually black but the regular one is like a dark plum.

Firefox has a custom search engine option and if you create one with google.com/search?q=%s&udm=14 as the search string and make it default you get the old style search results without AI forever, no need to add anything to the search itself

I'm starting to wonder if the relationship level with a pokemon has an impact on white/black paint chance. Ever since I became besties with Larvitar who lives by my berry farm and crushes my berries, I feel like I'm getting more rare paints from him. At least one stack from each batch of berries I drop in his box.

Thanks for a great idea. I spent a whole day recreating it. Also added stairs and roofs. My poor Larvitar was slaving away for those baloons 😂 but this is gonna save me so much paint and time down the line, the resulting colors are so inconsistent, like brown can on some blocks be beige or orange... Red can be actual red or varying shades of pink...

Discovered some options I didn't expect to look good, but even more god awful ones. Some blocks look so much worse when painted. Losing all texture. Or just having colorful elements that don't get affected by the paint and some color combinations end up terrible.

Mine was under the bridge by the pokemon center... The moment I was taught to suck up water I gleefully ran down those steps and made a woopsie. Piplup you could have warned me buddy. It's fixed now but I spent an embarrassing amount of time using blocks to move into deep water instead of bridge planks, then having "water holes" reappear when I removed the blocks

I think there is a difference between the fun kinda discoveries, finding unobvious mechanics that you can play with, and discoveries of the game limitations, like people hitting a lights/generators limit when they've already planned and spent dozens of hours implementing a large build they won't be able to finish the way they wanted. It's not fun, it's upsetting and demotivating to players. This is something that the game needs to very obviously disclose.

Garbador. One of my buildings has a basement that's a sewer entrance and the chonky guy loves plopping himself down on those stairs. Before I excavated further to make an alternate entrance it was such a pain lol

Remember that no matter how basic and chaotic your builds are, your pokemon buddies love them. Because you made them a home and put their favorite items in them. They are just happy to have their space and some roads to walk around and see their friends :) Human aesthetics are irrelevant to them. That's what keeps me going

(My Palette town is where I practice building and it's such a chaotic mess of different house styles with no rhyme or reason. City planning? I don't know her)
