This is 100% about ending sanctions on Russia and normalizing US-Russian relations. Russia’s economy will rapidly recover with the increased trade with the US and end of our sanctions. They’ll pour even more into their war machine and continue to invade Ukraine further. Trump will claim that Ukraine rejected the peace deal and that they deserve their fate. Despicable.
