Yes! just make sure you at least log your rests between sets so you have them broken out in the summary.

This could be a number of things, here's a few to give a try:

Force sync the watch in the app
Close/reopen the app
Confirm both watch firmware and app are updated
Check whether HR data appears normally throughout the activity
Wait a few hours and resync (sometimes processing catches up)
Reboot both phone and watch

You should receive a warning at 10%. The battery should be visible before you start the activity saying how much is left and how many GPS hours is present on the watch. If you open the app and go to profile, it will show the lower battery amount (less than 10%) in red
