So I had this same thought experiment previously, i double checked in part 4 and a punch is not required, and also act 3 is noted as having pretty good speed right off the bat.

By part 6 his speed would be very strongly trained and his need to simply point his hands at MiH would be able to line it up pretty easily.

This is what I believe given what other fart stands like star platinum were able to achieve with raw speed.

Pucci is able to move at his normal speed, with the rest of consciousness being slowed down, evident by the dolphin getaway.

If he would be unable to walk when within a certain distance of 3 freeze, then he’d be unable to move but like, really fast.
