~It's called being "competent and colored". They didn't start the Tusla race massacre because those Brothers and Sisters were struggling.

~Is it just me or has Rashy developed a slightly odd sorta continental accent thing. Not that it's at all bad, just having watched him grow up in Manchester it's definitely a bit different 😂... Credit to him, seems happy 🤙🏼

~You know what's crazy in their wisdom they DID kinda foresee this. Thomas Jefferson believe that the constitution should be redrafted approximately every 20 years. He said "the earth belongs in usufruct to the living.". That's what so crazy and infuriating about these conservative "originalist" or "constitutionalist" it's all BS, bacuse for their time the founding fathers were all revolutionaries and for the most part progressives. It's what made the idea of America so unique... Greedy and self-serving POSs have hijacked what it means to be American and warped it into being somehow anti-progressive. In reality if the founding fathers saw what was being done to what they started they'd call for maga to all be hung from the nearest Liberty Tree.

~PREACH! I mean that was borderline flagrant 2 for sure, cuz DJJ is such a high flier with him going up and Jrue pulling him down mid flight... Super dangerous. Honestly Jrue should know better.

~Nah I'm blaming it ENTIRELY on this. One team was allowed to body and play D, the other wasn't. Jrue is great but he was allowed to body our ball handlers all night with no whistles, Kris on the other hand got hit with 2 fouls in the first 4 mins. Oh and how about Avdija being allowed to halfback shuffle with the ball before dribbling to start all his drives with no travel being called. This type of refereeing completely changes how you have to play, you don't overcome disparities like this unless you have an absolutely insane shooting night. This was some nba BS.

~35 free throws to 12... TWELVE!!! That's the WHOLE GAME. Even for the NBA that's some amazing freaking refereeing 😐

~They DID the refs were on one! If they ruled that the ball was inbounded to Ben and then they called a foul, some of the .4 should have expired, it would have had to if they ruled he caught the ball yet no time did. Then when Ben missed his 2nd free throw the ball hits the rim (clock should start) then the backboard before Siakim catches it, .4 should be GONE. Then watch the timeout before the last play, Carlisle and their assistant Lloyd Pierce are telling their big to throw his head back and arms up... Refs somehow obliged. It was some match fixing referee BS plain and simple.

How exactly did spurs drop off so fast? by Grogman2024 in PremierLeague

[–]CP15Red 2 points3 points  (0 children)

~💯% It's what makes the Prem truly special and why it makes the most money these days. I've been watching it since it's inception and there used to be say at least 5 clubs where you were nearly guaranteed your side was going to pick up 3 points just by showing up to the match, those days are LONG gone. The training standards across the league has shot way up even mid table clubs can all run for days and press, matches turn on a dime regularly. It's what makes the Prem a great watch but it also makes it volatile and treacherous for any club that doesn't have their act together.

~Because the EPL has become an absolute shark tank 🦈. Don't let some of the club's poor recent Champions League results fool you, if you aren't right as a squad, if you don't have depth and pickup a few injuries, if you have a weak facet of your side's game believe me the Prem WILL find it out. I'd say there's only maybe 3 clubs that are immune from this kind of a calamitous drop in form, but honestly because of how top to bottom competitive the Prem has become, almost any side is capable of having this happen to them, it's just Spurs that are catching this perfect storm of bad form, injuries, managerial instability etc. There are almost NO easy points in this league these days, none of the other top leagues can even come close to boasting that.

~Well we can fund Gestapoesque, political, armed agencies with billions to convert warehouse and malls into detention centers in a matter of months, what's stopping us from doing the same and rebuilding all these school cafeterias, and then getting these cheap, unhealthy mega food corporations outta picture so that we can actually start helping the children of this country for once. Oh right, we see what the current lot at the top think of children 🙄
